<div> <p data-start="159" data-end="326"><strong>Join the team!</strong></p> <p data-start="159" data-end="326">As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a&nbsp;<strong data-start="229" data-end="277">Senior Software Engineer – Ad Tech Mediation</strong> to join our Engineering team in <strong data-start="310" data-end="323">Bangalore</strong>.</p> <p data-start="328" data-end="707">As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising our mobile ad mediation SDK, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with Publishing, Product, BI, and external partners. Together, you will drive monetisation performance, improve SDK integrations, and enhance the overall ad tech ecosystem.</p> <p data-start="709" data-end="893">This is a permanent role based in our <strong data-start="747" data-end="767">Bangalore office</strong>, with <strong data-start="774" data-end="801">5 days per week on-site</strong>, where collaboration and technical excellence are at the core of our engineering culture.</p> </div> Responsibilities: • Own the design, development, and maintenance of mediation components within the mobile SDK. • Develop and optimise SDK features using Objective-C (iOS) and Java (Android). • Integrate and maintain third-party ad network SDKs and monetisation tools. • Improve SDK architecture for scalability, performance, and ease of integration. • Support mediation optimisation including waterfalls, bidding, and segmentation strategies. • Collaborate with BI and monetisation teams to translate performance data into technical improvements. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and internal development frameworks. • Troubleshoot integration issues and support internal game teams. • Ensure compliance with platform requirements (GDPR, ATT, Google Play, App Store policies). • Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting for SDK performance and reliability. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices, code quality, and team growth. Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, ideally within the Ad Tech space. • Strong programming skills in Objective-C (Xcode) and Java (Android Studio). • Experience working with large-scale shared codebases and improving performance. • Experience integrating and maintaining third-party SDKs and libraries. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash. • Experience building development tools, automation scripts, and internal pipelines. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimisation skills. • Experience with Unity and C# is a plus. • Ability to mentor and support junior developers in a collaborative environment. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with publishing, development, and external partners.
