About the Role
We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our PC & Console Marketing team at Kwalee. This hands-on role involves creating engaging content across our gaming portfolio to build hype, engage fans, and tell the story of our games on platforms like TikTok, Reels, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create multi-format content (static, video, gifs) to be posted across social channels, with an emphasis on short-form video, such as YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
- →Collaborate with Social Media Managers in ideating content to support content plan creation based on trends and marketing key beats.
- →Capture gameplay footage, stills, and short clips to create engaging assets.
- →Research competitor titles to support ideation and content creation for games being worked on.
- →Research and apply the latest social media trends, sounds, formats, and memes to keep our channels fresh and relevant.
- →Assist with content calendars, link tracking, and routine platform maintenance.
Requirements
- ✓A passion for games and genuine interest in a variety of genres.
- ✓Demonstrable understanding of the cultures, best practices, and content formats of TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Discord.
- ✓Proficient in editing apps like Adobe DaVinci and basic graphic design tools like Canva and Figma.
- ✓Excellent spelling, grammar, and an ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
- ✓Proactive, receptive to feedback, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- ✓Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent output.
