About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Kyivstar, responsible for the development and monetization of the Kyivstar TV service. This role focuses on creating and managing product offerings, tariffs, and packages, as well as forming new monetization models.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop product proposals, tariffs, and packages
- βFormulate new monetization models and implement product initiatives in collaboration with IT, marketing, and partner teams
- βManage tariffs and packages: work with pricing models, revenue analysis, ARPU, and user dynamics
- βPrepare business cases and technical requirements: collect data and requirements, conduct financial calculations, assess the profitability of initiatives
- βCoordinate IT integrations: interact with changes in provisioning and billing, form business requirements for technical teams
- βAnalyze market and competitors: evaluate trends, user behavior, and competitive environment
Requirements
- βExperience as a product manager or product owner in digital services, OTT, media, or telecom
- βUnderstanding of video service monetization models and principles of tariffing and packaging
- βExperience with IT processes: provisioning systems, billing
- βSkills in preparing business cases (financial and legal models, forecasting, impact assessment)
- βEnglish communication and writing skills at a level sufficient for communication, presentations, and documentation
