ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Web Product Manager at Labhouse, you will own the design, build, and growth of the marketing websites behind our products β such as Invoice Fly and Summary AI.
This is not a traditional PM role. We're looking for a builder: someone who takes a blank domain and turns it into a high-performing marketing website that attracts and converts users at scale. You'll work alongside a strong SEO specialist, so you don't need to be an SEO expert yourself β but you need to understand the fundamentals well enough to make the right architectural and content decisions.
You'll use AI tools as a core part of your workflow, moving fast without sacrificing quality.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Design and build marketing websites from scratch β page structure, content architecture, UX, and visual design.
- Work closely with our SEO specialist to implement the right on-page, technical, and structural foundations.
- Build and scale landing page programs: product pages, use-case pages, comparison pages, and more.
- Use AI tools to accelerate every part of the process β from ideation and copy to design and development.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement technical requirements and ensure the site infrastructure supports growth.
- Analyze performance continuously using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs, and iterate based on data.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI-assisted web building, SEO, and content strategy.
ABOUT YOU:
Academic background:
- No specific degree required, but a background in design, computer science, marketing, or a related field is a plus. What matters most is your portfolio and track record.
Technical expertise:
- Proven experience building marketing websites that have scaled to millions of organic visits from zero.
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing on landing pages.
- You've done it fast β leveraging AI tools, automation, or programmatic approaches.
- Solid understanding of what makes a page rank: search intent, content depth, UX signals, technical SEO basics, and E-E-A-T.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO concepts (templated pages, data-driven content structures).
- Comfortable working across the full stack of a web project: briefing design, reviewing implementation, writing copy, and configuring a CMS.
- Fluent with AI tools as part of your daily workflow (Cursor, v0, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar).
- Strong product sense and ability to think in systems: keyword clusters, page templates, internal link structures, content architecture.
Problem-solving and product focus:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Eye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
Communication:
- Good level of spoken and written English, Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with SaaS or app marketing websites (productivity tools, fintech, AI products).
- Ability to code basic HTML/CSS or work with no-code/low-code tools (Webflow, Framer, etc.).
- Familiarity with link building and digital PR strategies.
