Reporting to the Director of Product, we are seeking for aΒ Head of Product toΒ steer the strategic vision and technical execution of a critical business domain. You will lead a high-performing team of Product Managers to transform complex business goals into scalable, data-driven solutions while optimizing our product portfolio for global growth. Partnering closely with Engineering, BI, and Corporate Governance, you will bridge the gap between ambitious architecture and seamless delivery, ensuring every feature we launch is compliant, high-quality, and ruthlessly aligned with our core business objectives.
What you'll do:
General Responsibility:
β’ Strategic Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a small team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional development within a specific domain
β’ Portfolio Optimization & Growth: Together with the Business Intelligence and Research Function, critically analyze the existing product portfolio to identify untapped business opportunities, leverage user insights to expand the domainβs impact on the overall business plan.
β’ Product Definition & Solution Design: Orchestrate the transformation of complex business objectives into actionable technical specifications. Oversee the creation of problem statements, wireframes and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that ensure clarity for engineering teams.
β’ Technical Architecture Design: Collaborate with System Architects to ensure product features are built on scalable, modular frameworks that support internationalization and future market expansion.
β’ Execution & Delivery Excellence: Partner with Product Leadership of other tracks, Project Management Officers (PMO) and Engineering Leadership to ensure timely, bug-free high-quality feature launch.
β’ Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensure each product decision within the team has a direct relevance to the key business objectives by establishing key monitoring metrics. Utilizing AB test results and other data to guide iterations.
β’ Cross-Functional Governance: Liaise with other key corporate functions, including but not limited to Legal, Finance, and Anti-fraud, to ensure all product iterations adhere to global compliance requirements and mitigate operational risks
Payment and Finance knowledge is highly preferred: Possess rich experience in the payment, invoice and accounting systems and deep accounting and tax knowledge in order to
β’ Diversify payment options to allow users to pay for freight services through their preferred methods

Analyze and align the service, fund, and invoice flows in various local markets to support business growth under a compliant framework.
Enhance collection and payout efficiency by optimizing business workflows and leveraging automation tools and API integrations
What you'll need:
β’ Rapid Response & Crisis Management: Serve as the first line of escalation for urgent domain-specific issues; guide troubleshooting, diagnose, and orchestrate immediate resolutions for production-environment incidents.
β’ Operational Resilience: Maintain a deep understanding of the domain's technical stack, allowing for seamless transition between high-level roadmapping and detailed design decisions.
β’ Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust plans based on shifting market dynamics and outcomes from feature releases.
β’ Communication: Bridge departmental gaps by translating product roadmaps into stakeholder benefits. Present the solutions and the execution plans articulately. Mitigate risks and eliminate unnecessary blockers to gain full stakeholder endorsement, ensuring all teams are synchronized for a high-impact launch.
