About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team at Lanes & Planes. This role involves leading qualified leads through the entire sales process, from initial needs assessment to contract closure, while representing our company values and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process incoming leads efficiently in the Enterprise segment
- →Contact potential customers and present our product through web demos
- →Understand customer needs and conduct qualified discussions with prospects at various levels, from Travel Managers to CEOs
- →Demonstrate assertiveness and determination to guide customers through the sales process
- →Utilize various communication channels and networks to engage prospects and decision-makers
- →Lead the entire sales process efficiently to successful deal closure while communicating company values
Requirements
- ✓Successfully completed sales training with at least 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience in SaaS products with an Enterprise focus
- ✓Experience in the tourism industry is advantageous
- ✓Extensive experience with sales methodologies and working with different buying personas and stakeholders
- ✓Practical knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
- ✓Fluent German and English language skills in both spoken and written communication
- ✓Honest and trustworthy approach with colleagues, superiors, and customers
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Proven team player who approaches new challenges with focus and determination
