About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support client accounts and internal teams. This role involves owning timelines, deliverables, and execution for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support account teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all client initiatives
- →Manage client action items, deliverables, promotions, and marketing calendar updates
- →Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects
- →Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- →Ensure all owned responsibilities are executed, documented, and communicated effectively
- →Own and maintain client marketing calendars and promotional schedules
- →Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with agency goals
- →Manage distribution of creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- →Support new client onboarding by coordinating project setup, timelines, and resources
Requirements
- ✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- ✓Experience with project management tools and workflows
- ✓Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- ✓Design experience is a plus, especially for communicating effectively with creative teams
- ✓Dedicated, professional workspace free from distractions
- ✓Reliable high-speed internet connection
- ✓Availability to work full-time, at least 40 hours per week
- ✓Core availability between 9:00am and 5:00pm Central Time, Monday to Friday
- ✓Willingness to occasionally travel for team or client meetings (less than 5%)
- ✓Consistent use of time-tracking tools with accurate task and client reporting
