About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute testing for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). This role will support product development, qualification, and production testing in highly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement test strategies for PCB and PCBA validation
- →Design test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new and existing products
- →Develop functional, environmental, and reliability test procedures
- →Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and test stations
- →Develop automated test solutions using LabVIEW, Python, or similar tools
- →Troubleshoot PCB and system-level failures down to component level
- →Generate test reports, procedures, and technical documentation
- →Ensure compliance with aerospace and quality standards
- →Support manufacturing test processes and yield improvements
Requirements
- ✓Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
- ✓Strong focus on reliability, quality, and compliance
- ✓Ability to design test plans and develop test procedures
- ✓Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, and DAQs
- ✓Knowledge of automated test solutions and programming languages like LabVIEW or Python
- ✓Understanding of aerospace and quality standards (AS9100, IPC, MIL-STD)
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot PCB and system-level failures
- ✓Experience with test documentation and reporting
