This position offers the chance to manage projects from concept through completion, mentor technical staff, and contribute to solutions that enhance water systems, protect communities, and support responsible development.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div>#LAT</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field • 10 or more years of experience • Strong and recent water resources project management experience • Strong familiarity with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) • PE license and other certifications are highly preferred, but not required Responsibilities • Manage all phases of water resources projects, including planning, design, permitting, risk & resource management, construction oversight, and some stakeholder communication. • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans; monitor and track progress to ensure timely delivery. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. • Coordinate and mentor technical staff, providing guidance on hydrologic, hydraulic, and stormwater modeling. • Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and permit applications. • Conduct quality control and assurance on project deliverables to meet company and regulatory standards. • Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, presentations, and project pursuit activities. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal water resource regulations and environmental standards. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, environmental scientists, and planners
