Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and resolve compliance risks internally before they are surfaced by partners
- →Serve as the primary compliance contact for credit card and banking partners
- →Translate regulatory guidance into clear, actionable direction for teams
- →Develop and maintain compliance documentation, SOPs, and internal playbooks
- →Provide clear timelines and remediation guidance for compliance-driven updates
- →Build and deliver compliance training to increase internal understanding
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in financial services compliance, marketing compliance, or regulated advertising
- ✓Hands-on experience with credit card and/or banking compliance standards
- ✓Ability to interpret regulatory guidance (FTC, CFPB, UDAAP) and translate requirements
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams
- ✓Strong written judgment with the ability to communicate risk clearly
