About the Role
Launch Potato is seeking a Content Writer to create performance-driven, direct response copy for digital marketing campaigns in the financial industry. This contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to work with a high-growth, high-performance team spanning over 15 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Adapt and iterate on proven copy frameworks across various formats and channels
- →Assist with general creative output, including short-form ad copy and longer-form assets
- →Execute mechanical punch-ups and structured variations to expand testing capacity
- →Build and update offer-specific copy, incorporating team feedback
- →Support compliance-driven revisions and partner updates
- →Develop new paid acquisition headlines and variations for Meta and Google ads
- →Contribute new test ideas and competitive insights to inform testing strategy
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience writing performance-driven, direct response copy for digital marketing campaigns in the financial industry
- ✓Proven CRO background with a documented history of optimizing creative across campaigns
- ✓Strong conceptual writing skills with an established research framework
- ✓Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting performance data in Looker or comparable analytics software
- ✓Compliance training with understanding of risk hierarchy
- ✓Comfortable writing for and translating winning copy across formats
- ✓Expertise on at least a few financial products and services
- ✓Familiarity with using LLMs as a thinking and writing partner
- ✓Examples or case studies of performance-driven copy
