POSITION OVERVIEW
As the International Marketing Manager, you will be Laurel's first dedicated marketing hire in EMEA—a hybrid role spanning demand generation, events, and community building for our rapidly growing European go-to-market team. Based in or near London, you'll serve as boots on the ground, partnering with our EMEA account executives to build pipeline, run high-impact events, and launch localized digital programs across the region.
This role blends the strategic and analytical rigor of demand generation with the relationship-building and experiential craft of community marketing. You'll report directly to our VP of Growth Marketing in the US and collaborate closely with EMEA sales leadership, bringing local cultural fluency and market knowledge that ensures everything we do in Europe resonates authentically.
Laurel's mission is ambitious: to return time to professionals. Our marketing goals are equally ambitious, and your efforts will directly contribute to our growth trajectory as we scale internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for a builder—someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves experimenting, and wants to shape what international marketing looks like at a category-defining company.

WHO YOU ARE
You are deeply curious about the customer and the product. You don't wait for Product Marketing to hand you messaging—you learn the product, understand how it's sold, and bring that knowledge to every campaign and conversation. You're numbers-oriented: you never want to light money on fire, and you back every hypothesis with data. You're hungry to automate the repetitive so you can focus on the work that makes an executive dinner unforgettable or an ABM play convert. You're energized by building in ambiguity and thrive when the playbook hasn't been written yet—because you're the one who's going to write it.
