About the Role
We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Department. This high-visibility role involves partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape product decisions through rigorous experimentation and behavioral analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to design and plan experiments
- βAnalyze experiment data to understand customer behavior and performance drivers
- βPropose, design, and evaluate experiments to answer business questions
- βCreate and manage multiple analytical initiatives based on experiment results
- βConduct deep dive analyses to uncover trends and opportunities
- βBuild dashboards and automated reports to improve accessibility
- βTranslate business questions into measurable metrics
- βDeliver data-based recommendations with clear next steps
- βImprove tracking plans and attribution logic for accurate measurement
- βWrite and optimize SQL queries and notebooks for analysis
- βUse AI-assisted tools to support data exploration and workflows
- βCommunicate analysis results and insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- βPost-secondary education in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
- βExperience in data analysis or product analysis
- βStrong communication skills for explaining complex analysis
- βSolid understanding of statistics and experiment analysis
- βProficiency in SQL with joins, aggregations, and filtering
- βKnowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
- βFamiliarity with Python for data analysis and visualization
- βAbility to manage multiple experiments and analyses
- βExperience with A/B experiments
- βProficiency in Excel and Project Management software
- βAbility to work independently on complex projects
- βStrong interest in data analysis and digging deeper into results
