About the Role
We are looking for a User Research Analyst to join our Product team at LawDepot in Edmonton, Alberta. This role involves conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and inform product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to define research objectives
- →Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
- →Monitor competitor products and industry trends
- →Analyze and synthesize research findings to guide product strategy
- →Present research insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- →Conduct market and product research to support strategic initiatives
- →Collaborate with teams to incorporate user insights throughout product development
- →Prioritize research initiatives and inform product backlog decisions
- →Promote best practices in user research methodologies
- →Create comprehensive research documentation
Requirements
- ✓Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design, Psychology, Business, or related field
- ✓Advanced understanding of user research methodologies
- ✓Proven experience planning and executing user testing projects
- ✓Experience designing and running surveys
- ✓Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- ✓Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
- ✓Strong statistical analysis skills
- ✓Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- ✓Advanced organizational and planning skills
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- ✓Knowledge of product design, UX/UI principles, and online marketing best practices
