About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team at Learneo. This key role focuses on executing high-impact SEO initiatives to secure top rankings for high-volume, commercially valuable keywords, driving increased organic traffic and boosting revenue.

Key Responsibilities

→Proactively manage and execute a pipeline of high-impact SEO initiatives derived from the overall growth roadmap.
→Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and partner with engineering and product teams to implement technical fixes.
→Oversee the tactical implementation of our keyword strategy across all web properties.
→Systematically optimize all on-page elements to improve ranking potential.
→Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and advanced SEO platforms.
→Execute targeted off-page SEO and link-building campaigns.
→Monitor the competitive landscape and SERP environment to identify new opportunities or threats.

Requirements

✓5-7 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in SEO with a proven track record of executing strategies that led to significant organic traffic and revenue growth.
✓Experience managing SEO for enterprise-level websites with 500k+ monthly organic visits.
✓Expert proficiency with modern SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and advanced crawlers.
✓Strong practical knowledge of technical SEO principles and implementation.
✓Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
✓Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical requirements and present performance data.
