About the Role
Personal Lines Account Managers are the cornerstone of the personal lines services team at Leavitt Elite Insurance Advisors. This position plays a critical role in answering all inbound personal lines service calls and providing comprehensive service and sales support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- →Determine all impacts and needs associated with service requests, including impacts to other coverages or policies
- →Identify coverage gaps during routine service contacts and educate customers on risk mitigation
- →Document all contacts, maintain customer records and files, and update customer information for accuracy
- →Maintain effective and timely follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers
- →Utilize technology to perform assignments and requests
- →Draft and send correspondence and perform other service-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Property and Casualty license required
- ✓Agency experience preferred
- ✓AMS360 experience preferred
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain compliance standards
- ✓Dependable, with timely response and completion of work activities
