📢 We’re Hiring: Virtual Legal Assistant (Remote) Legal Support Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a Virtual Legal Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting U.S. law offices, especially in Personal Injury cases, who is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients and insurance companies. Responsibilities include: ✔️ Answering and handling intake calls ✔️ Communicating with clients and providing case updates ✔️ Requesting and following up on medical records ✔️ Managing insurance calls (auto & health) ✔️ Organizing case files and documents Requirements: ✔️ Prior experience as a Legal Assistant / Case Manager (U.S. law firms) ✔️ Experience in Personal Injury (MVA, Slip & Fall, premise liability preferred) ✔️ Strong communication skills (English is a must) ✔️ Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely ✔️ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks ✔️ Peruvian citizenship required 📍 100% Remote 🕘 Full-time | Monday–Friday If you’re interested or know someone who might be a good fit, please send your resume and a brief introduction via LinkedIn message or email.
