We are seeking a talented Configuration Developer to configure, develop, and support solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role plays a key part in delivering reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that enable business processes and support wider digital transformation initiatives.
With strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of platform configuration standards, the Configuration Developer contributes to best‑practice delivery, applies governance and quality controls, and collaborates closely with senior engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
What you'll be doing:
• Designing, building, and maintaining high‑quality solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Supporting end‑to‑end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Developing and maintaining integrations with external systems using standard connectors and approved integration patterns
• Enhancing existing solutions to improve performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability
• Adhering to platform governance standards, implementing role‑based security, and applying data governance and compliance best practices
• Providing technical support for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Collaborating with senior engineers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business and technical standards
• Working within established ALM practices and contributing to continuous improvement through modern tooling, automation, and adoption of new platform capabilitiesWho we're looking for:
• Experience in delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, supported by relevant Microsoft certifications (PL‑200, PL‑400, MB‑280)
• Deep technical expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, and integration
• Proven ability to design and deliver end‑to‑end, enterprise‑scale solutions from discovery through to deployment and ongoing support
• Strong understanding of modern integration patterns, including standard and custom connectors, APIs, and distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), environment strategy, and DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of data governance, data modelling, and security best practices, ensuring compliant and responsible use of data
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
