About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product Governance to lead a high-impact team shaping the future of our product lifecycle strategy. This senior leadership role is at the heart of our Asset Management business, offering the opportunity to influence product governance across diverse investment capabilities and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the strategic management of product lifecycle governance across key product vehicles
- →Manage and develop a high-performing, inclusive team with a culture of flexibility and excellence
- →Oversee product launches, amendments and closures aligned with commercial priorities
- →Coordinate with legal, compliance and fund boards to meet governance obligations
- →Allocate and monitor seed capital in line with strategic investment plans
- →Embed responsible investment and regulatory change initiatives into product governance
- →Engage operational teams and service providers to ensure smooth delivery and oversight
- →Represent LGIM at governance committees, fund boards and industry panels
