About the Role
We are looking for Junior Onboarding Consultants to join our Institutional Retirement team. This role focuses on ensuring new work enters our Onboarding & Case Triage function smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor shared inboxes and review, log, and categorize incoming emails
- →Respond to routine enquiries or signpost messages to the correct teams
- →Maintain accurate records by updating internal systems consistently
- →Prioritize urgent messages and escalate issues when needed
- →Support administrative workflows by extracting and entering key information into work trackers
- →Organize documents, files, and data to support daily operations
- →Triage incoming work and identify missing information to help cases progress efficiently
- →Keep colleagues and relevant third parties informed to support excellent customer outcomes
