About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to join our team and help ensure automated processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves working with experienced colleagues to deliver great outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administer and maintain environments that support robotic processes
- →Manage and investigate process exceptions and production incidents
- →Support the introduction of new automations into production
- →Provide operational performance insight and evaluate automation quality
- →Deliver small BAU changes and fixes to meet customer needs
- →Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations
- →Identify and raise risks, issues, and dependencies
- →Ensure compliance with methodologies, standards, and governance
Requirements
- ✓Experience with robotic processes and VDIs
- ✓Ability to manage process exceptions and production incidents
- ✓Knowledge of testing activities and operational performance
- ✓Skills in delivering BAU changes and fixes
- ✓Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
