About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Scrum Master to join our Retail Operations team. This role focuses on championing collaboration, coaching high-performing teams, and evolving our Agile culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coach Agile teams to develop, collaborate and deliver effectively across multiple initiatives
- →Facilitate scrum events and create an environment for continuous learning and improvement
- →Support the adoption of Agile ways of working and contribute to organization-wide transformation
- →Guide teams and Product Owners in forecasting, planning and delivering work using Agile principles
- →Enable teams to resolve challenges constructively, promoting openness, respect and healthy communication
- →Mentor Scrum Masters and contribute to a strong Community of Practice
- →Develop training materials and deliver Agile learning sessions to grow capability across the business
- →Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and ensure teams can deliver within a regulated environment
Requirements
- ✓Experience coaching Agile teams in complex environments
- ✓Strong facilitation skills for scrum events
- ✓Knowledge of Agile principles and practices
- ✓Ability to mentor other Scrum Masters
- ✓Experience with organization-wide Agile transformations
