About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at L&G Asset Management. This role focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of our product function and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the delivery of annual Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty Value for Money assessments
- →Support the design and improvement of operational processes across the Product team
- →Coordinate product lifecycle reviews and track resulting actions
- →Collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit to implement governance frameworks
- →Prepare and enhance management information and reporting for committees and boards
- →Lead the development of templates and tools to support consistent product governance
- →Engage with stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Finance and Compliance
- →Present at governance committees and contribute to strategic decision-making
