About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on Finance, Tax, and Audit communities. This role involves shaping sourcing strategies, ensuring excellent candidate experiences, and maintaining an inclusive hiring approach.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as a subject matter expert to source technical talent across active and passive markets
→Build deep market insight by engaging with networks and analyzing competitor trends
→Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
→Partner with hiring managers to guide them through the end-to-end hiring process
→Direct source and build pipelines through creative attraction strategies
→Assess and screen candidates to ensure fair and capability-based evaluation
→Negotiate offers and communicate total reward, benefits, and onboarding
→Champion diversity, inclusion, and values-aligned behaviors

Requirements

✓Expertise in sourcing Finance, Tax, and Audit roles with knowledge of market conditions
✓Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle in in-house, RPO, or agency environments
✓Ability to manage high-volume roles and stakeholders effectively
✓Passion for delivering excellent experiences for candidates and hiring managers
✓Strong direct sourcing skills across various attraction channels
✓Experience advocating for inclusion and wellbeing
✓Confidence as a brand ambassador through social media, events, and networking
✓Knowledge of UK employment law, recruitment risks, and regulatory considerations
