About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and hire outstanding talent across Tech, Data, and Digital communities. This role involves shaping sourcing strategy and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a subject matter expert to source technical talent across active and passive markets
- →Build deep market insight by engaging with networks and analyzing competitor trends
- →Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- →Partner with hiring managers and guide them through the end-to-end hiring process
- →Direct source and build pipelines through creative and diverse attraction strategies
- →Assess and screen candidates to ensure consistent and fair evaluation
- →Negotiate offers and communicate total reward, benefits, and onboarding
- →Champion diversity, inclusion, and values-aligned behaviours
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in tech, data, or digital sectors
- ✓Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and market trends

- ✓Experience with candidate assessment and screening processes
