THE ROLE
We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to define and build Legora's global employer brand from the ground up. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of brand, storytelling, talent acquisition and culture.
You will shape how Legora is perceived by top-tier talent across engineering, product, GTM, growth, marketing and operations, ensuring we attract, engage and convert exceptional people globally.
Working closely with Marketing, People and Talent, you will craft and scale a compelling, authentic narrative about who we are, what we're building, and why joining Legora is a once-in-a-career opportunity. You will own this function completely: from strategy and positioning through to content, campaigns and day-to-day execution.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Employer brand strategy. Define and own Legora's global employer brand strategy. Establish a clear, differentiated position in the market and ensure consistency across every touchpoint: from job ads to social presence to candidate experience.
EVP development. Develop and continuously refine a strong Employee Value Proposition that is rooted in our culture, reflects our ambition, and evolves with our growth.
Storytelling & content. Own the full content output for employer brand: social, careers pages, campaigns, events and beyond. Translate who we are and how we work into stories that attract high-calibre talent and make them want to be part of it.
Talent campaigns. Partner with Talent Acquisition to build and run high-impact attraction campaigns for priority roles and markets. Own the full execution from brief, the content, the targeting and the results.
Culture & behind-the-scenes. Create authentic content that brings our day-to-day to life, our pace, our standards, our collaboration and our impact. Make the inside visible to the outside.
Creative direction. Lead the creative concept and execution for employer brand campaigns. Bring a strong point of view on what will stand out in competitive tech and SaaS markets.
Cross-functional alignment. Act as the connective tissue between Brand, People and Talent: ensuring our employer narrative is consistent with our company narrative and credible to the people living it.
Measurement & optimisation. Define how we measure employer brand performance. Track engagement, application quality and conversion, and use those insights to sharpen every aspect of the programme over time.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have hands-on experience in employer branding, talent marketing or brand, and know what it takes to attract high-calibre talent in competitive markets.
You are a doer who takes full ownership: from the strategic framing to the final piece of content. You are comfortable being the sole owner of a function and driving it forward independently.
You have strong content instincts and a clear sense of what resonates with ambitious, high-performing candidates.
You understand what motivates top-tier talent, particularly in fast-growing SaaS or tech environments, and know how to speak to them authentically.
You are collaborative and effective working across Marketing, People, Talent and leadership, bringing people along without slowing down.
You have high standards for quality and care deeply about how a brand shows up, in every format and at every moment.
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
Experience. 4β6+ years in employer branding, marketing, brand or related roles, ideally within high-growth SaaS or tech.
Employer brand building. Proven experience building or scaling employer brand in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally from an early stage.
Content & storytelling. Strong ability to create and shape content across formats, with a clear and confident creative voice.
Channel experience. Comfortable working across LinkedIn, social, content, events and paid talent campaigns.
Cross-functional execution. Able to bring together inputs from Marketing, People and Talent into coherent, high-quality outputs.
Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ownership & execution. A self-starter who takes work from brief to delivery. Strong project management, high accountability, and no need for hand-holding.
