We are looking for an Operations Manager, Market Expansion to join Legora, a company redefining how legal work gets done through AI-native workspace solutions. This role will drive market expansion priorities and bring structure to complex launches across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead market expansion workstreams from planning through launch and early scale
- →Turn priorities into clear execution plans with owners, milestones, risks, and success metrics
- →Coordinate cross-functional readiness across Growth, Finance, Legal, People, Product, and Engineering teams
- →Build lightweight playbooks and operating rhythms for repeatable expansion
- →Identify and resolve blockers through hands-on problem solving
- →Create clear, decision-ready updates for leadership
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading cross-functional projects in operations, business management, or consulting (6+ years preferred)
- ✓Ability to build clarity in ambiguous situations and move teams from discussion to delivery
- ✓Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines efficiently
- ✓Strong communication and writing skills in English, with ability to synthesize complexity
