LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South.
Moving to a new country shouldnβt mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live.
What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth.
With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.
As the App Performance Marketing Manager for China on the Performance Marketing team, you will be the cultural and strategic bridge connecting LemFi with the Chinese immigrant community across the UK, US, and Canada. Your primary objective is to launch and aggressively scale our user acquisition efforts for the China Corridor, driving app installs and remittance volume by ensuring our brand resonates deeply with the diaspora.
You won't just be translating ads; you will pioneer our presence on Chinese-specific platforms like WeChat and Little Red Book while managing high-spend campaigns across standard Western channels like Meta and TikTok. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will have the autonomy to own key cultural momentsβsuch as Lunar New Year and Double 11βshaping the future of diaspora financial services and driving tangible revenue growth.
HOW YOUβLL CONTRIBUTE
- Own the China Corridor: Drive aggressive app install and remittance volume growth specifically targeting Chinese immigrants living in the West.
- Master Western Channels: Execute and scale high-performance user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, and Apple Search Ads.
- Pioneer the Chinese Ecosystem: Lead the strategy and execution for culturally specific platforms, effectively navigating Tencent Ads (WeChat) and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
- Drive Cultural Localization: Ensure all messaging and creative assets avoid "direct translation" pitfalls, deeply reflecting the nuanced financial pain points of the Chinese diaspora.
- Capitalize on Seasonality: Architect and lead aggressive acquisition and retention strategies around key cultural moments like Lunar New Year, Double 11, and the Dragon Boat Festival.
- Optimize via Data & Attribution: Utilize MMPs like AppsFlyer to track post-install events, run cohort analyses, and rigorously optimize downstream metrics like LTV and ROI.
WHO YOU ARE
- Culturally Fluent: You possess a deep, intuitive understanding of the Chinese immigrant experience, naturally adapting brand voice to build fintech trust in both Simplified and Traditional Mandarin.
- Highly Analytical: You take a logical, structured approach to growth challenges, seamlessly linking data trends from SKAN attribution to actionable marketing decisions that reverse rising CAC.
- An Autonomous Owner: You demonstrate immense grit and take full accountability for your corridor, confidently managing high-spend budgets and scaling new channels with minimal hand-holding.
- Platform-Agile: You comfortably navigate the restrictions and unique algorithms of both Western ad managers and the highly nuanced Chinese digital ecosystem.
- Customer-Obsessed: You maintain a sharp focus on the customer journey, working closely with creative and ASO teams to ensure every touchpoint speaks directly to the users' cultural and financial realities.
WHAT YOUβLL BRING
- Several years in App Performance Marketing with a proven track record of scaling high-spend acquisition budgets efficiently.
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin (Simplified & Traditional) and fluent English, with the ability to write compelling, high-converting ad copy in Chinese.
- Deep hands-on expertise structuring campaigns and managing creatives in Meta (FB/IG) and TikTok Ads Managers.
