About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring individual to join our growing Product team at Lendbuzz. This role will focus on designing, prioritizing, and building new and improved payment and workflow features on top of our core product, significantly impacting our product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and lead Payments product strategy and execution, partnering with engineering and stakeholders
- →Own end-to-end payment experiences from authorization to reconciliation
- →Drive deep customer understanding and translate findings into scalable product solutions
- →Guide roadmap and prioritization using quantitative and qualitative data
- →Communicate product vision and priorities to a broad business audience
- →Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product best practices
- →Lead integrations with payment processors, gateways, and financial partners
- →Optimize payment KPIs such as authorization rates and payment success rates
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of direct product management experience and 2+ years leading product managers
- ✓Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch
- ✓Strong project and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail
- ✓Knowledge of banking integration and payment processing including ACH and NACHA
- ✓Experience designing and delivering product integrations with APIs
- ✓Deep interest in product development, data science, and the intersection of software and finance
- ✓Familiarity with payment lifecycles, reconciliation processes, and dispute management
- ✓Experience building high-reliability systems where accuracy and uptime are critical
- ✓Ability to work effectively across functional groups with an adaptive and influential style
