About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role involves building robust, scalable systems and influencing architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

→Work as a full-stack engineer, building backend services in Node.js (TypeScript) with React front-ends
→Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, BAs, and Engineers in cross-functional agile squads
→Partner with Product and UX to shape intuitive customer journeys and interaction patterns
→Drive team rhythm across planning, delivery, deployment, and continuous improvement
→Mentor and uplift engineers across the team and broader engineering group
→Apply AI tools thoughtfully across the SDLC to improve productivity, quality, and outcomes
