About the Role
We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves monitoring risks, developing risk management tools, and providing specialist advice on risk and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor, provide insights, and report on risks
- →Develop and embed risk management tools and frameworks
- →Assist with Risk and Control Self-Assessments
- →Identify and manage actions, incidents, and issues
- →Maintain the Lendi risk management system
- →Design and advise on best practice preventative and detective controls
- →Offer specialist advice on supplier risk and governance processes
- →Design and deliver operational risk and compliance training to stakeholders
- →Review, manage, and escalate identified risks according to policies and procedures
- →Prepare data for the divisional monthly risk reporting and facilitate sessions
- →Support ad hoc risk and compliance activities as needed
