About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Product for ELA to lead the development of exceptional English Language Arts content. This role requires someone who can bridge education, learning science, behavioral psychology, and product development to create motivating digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead preproduction for all ELA content, including instructional design frameworks and lesson sequencing
- →Manage and mentor a cross-functional team including technical designers, content specialists, and engineers
- →Apply learning science principles to optimize learning outcomes and increase engagement
- →Establish quality standards for curriculum development aligned with learning science principles
- →Drive the product roadmap for ELA curriculum features and content development priorities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years managing curriculum development or consumer-facing product teams
- ✓Deep expertise applying learning science, instructional design, and motivational psychology
- ✓5+ years of experience in literacy education, reading instruction, or ELA curriculum development
- ✓Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- ✓Semi-technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
