About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Level Access, a recognized leader in digital accessibility. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers primarily in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage a full retention lifecycle β on-boarding, key check-ins and renewal conversations β to drive the highest contract value retention rates possible.
- βPartner with customer success manager(s) to steer clients down successful paths and maintain high levels of engagement.
- βIdentify areas for growth including up-sells from current product subscriptions and cross-sells into new product subscriptions.
- βDeliver compelling arguments for digital accessibility to a variety of audiences via virtual and in-person presentations.
- βPartner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling proposals that match unique customer use cases.
- βDevelop and maintain quarterly and annual strategic account plans.
- βUtilize CRM and sales enablement technologies to manage all aspects of prospect/client communications, activities and tasks.
Requirements
- β4+ years business-to-business sales experience, preferably in an Account Management role serving mid-market accounts
- βExperience with solution-selling/consultative selling methodologies
- βExperience managing a current book of business (renewals and expansion)
- βDeep understanding of business concepts for large national and international corporations
- βAbility to navigate commercial discussions across large organizations and matrixed environments
- βAbility to establish rapport and deliver compelling propositions to an executive level audience
- βComfort with change management and a start-up appetite to move quickly and try new things
- βCollege degree or equivalent experience preferred
