About the Role
We are seeking a Video Editor & Creative Partner to work directly on the personal brand of Shane Melaugh, an entrepreneur and educator. In this role, you will transform educational content into a high-end Masterclass format, focusing on clarity and deep comprehension rather than flashy transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect structure using clear chapter headings and progressive lists
- →Turn simple sketches and abstract frameworks into professional illustrations and animations
- →Craft dense, high-energy hooks followed by masterclass pacing
- →Use text overlays exclusively to bold thesis statements
Requirements
- ✓Experience turning abstract concepts into diagrams/graphs
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating structural clarity
- ✓Understanding of visual storytelling that respects viewer intelligence
- ✓Ability to identify thesis of a segment and time visual aids appropriately
- ✓Use B-roll only when it clarifies a metaphor or provides essential context
