YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Become an expert on [Upgrade to PRO to see link] [Upgrade to PRO to see link] and a product evangelist on our Barcelona Sales Hub, identifying new use cases for our Italian market customers. - Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader. - Manage the entire sales funnel. Your mission will be to find prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals. - Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and potential development opportunities. - Monitor the market closely for Lexroom. Work closely with the product team by providing valuable feedback from current and potential clients. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales role. - Willing to relocate to or already based in Barcelona — this is an on-site office role. You will contribute in creating the Lexroom culture for Barca team! - You are a power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.). - You never stop learning and challenging yourself, and you're eager to join a rapidly growing startup. You do it fast, and you take responsibilities and ownership. - You are humble and hungry: you are thrilled to grow big and you want to be at front-line professional in actions, tasks and results. - You are not afraid of speaking up: you believe in the power of straight talking. - You are fluent in Italian and English. Spanish is a plus! - Optional, but a bonus: You have a law degree.
