About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and implementing internal projects in Luckenwalde as well as cross-site projects. This position focuses on initiatives such as change management and process optimization to achieve our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coordinate, and implement multiple internal projects in Luckenwalde and cross-site
- →Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets considering overall objectives
- →Support change management to enable smooth transitions with minimal disruptions
- →Foster collaboration between Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Research and Development, Finance, and other stakeholders
- →Proactively identify risks and issues, implement measures for risk mitigation, and escalate when needed
- →Track progress against defined milestones, report on status, achievements, and corrective actions to leadership
- →Promote continuous improvements by capturing lessons learned and applying best-practice approaches
