About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist at Life.Church is responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement through a multi-channel approach. This role stewards marketing resources for assigned ministries and campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with the church's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive progress on defined objectives and deliver measurable key results
- βImplement digital marketing strategies to support ministry goals
- βSteward marketing resources through budget recommendations and optimizations
- βDrive traffic through various channels including Google ads, social media, and third-party networks
- βFocus on organic marketing strategies including SEO and GEO
- βEvaluate performance trends and optimize campaigns based on real-time data
- βAlign efforts under approved KPIs and ensure accurate tracking
- βEvaluate platforms and ad networks for performance and efficiency
- βStay current with emerging digital marketing opportunities
- βPartner with the Marketing Manager to ensure campaign assets are available
- βCoordinate marketing projects and timelines to ensure organization and alignment
- βProvide specifications for creative asset requests
- βMonitor and maintain brand health through platform reviews
- βCreate campaign content and design materials using templates and tools
Requirements
- βExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- βEffective multi-tasking and time management abilities
- βStrong attention to detail
- βAbility to self-motivate and make independent decisions
- βAbility to navigate differing opinions while maintaining composure
- βHigh School Diploma or GED
- βBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- β1-2 years of related work experience preferred
