🎥 Freelance Videographer Wanted – Ongoing Shoots (Limburg/BENELUX) First Moves, a content production agency based in Maastricht, is building our freelance videographer bench for regular client shoots starting January 2026.
What we do: We create professional video content for startups and SMEs across the BENELUX region—launch videos, social media campaigns, event coverage, and ongoing content production.
What you'll shoot: Corporate launch videos (half-day to full-day shoots) Company culture and team content Product demos and explainer videos Event coverage and campaign content B-roll for social media and websites
What we're looking for: ✅ 2+ years professional videography experience (corporate/commercial work) ✅ Own camera kit (mirrorless/cinema camera, lenses, audio, lighting basics) ✅ Can work solo or as part of a small crew ✅ Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling ✅ Comfortable with run-and-gun AND planned shoots ✅ Reliable, punctual, and easy to work with ✅ Based in or near Limburg region (Maastricht, Heerlen, Venlo, Roermond area) ✅ Fluent in English (Dutch is a big bonus)
What you get: 💶 €400-600/day (depending on experience and kit) 📊 Steady pipeline: 2-4 shoot days per month to start 📅 Flexible scheduling: we book in advance, no last-minute chaos 🤝 Long-term collaboration as we scale 🚗 Local shoots (Limburg + occasionally Belgium/Germany) 🇪🇺 Work with a European-based team
Your kit should include (minimum): Professional camera (4K capability) 2-3 lenses suitable for interviews/corporate work Wireless lav mic + shotgun mic Basic lighting (LED panels or similar) Tripod, stabiliser (optional but nice to have)
We can also provide some kit as and when required.
Ideal for: Local videographers looking for consistent work with quality clients—not one-off wedding gigs. We're building a reliable roster of shooters we can call on regularly.
