What you will do
As an Account Executive, Business Intelligence, you will be a key player in the international expansion of our EMEA team. You will be responsible for driving the global roll-out of Revenue Insight, our industry-leading business intelligence platform. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with local and global hotel chains, leveraging your expertise to shape our go-to-market strategy and secure new business during an exciting period of growth.

β’ Build and execute a regional business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in the EMEA region.
β’ Source and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic outreach, industry networking, and targeted campaigns.
β’ Lead compelling product demonstrations and consultative sales processes, presenting professional proposals to prospective clients.
β’ Lead contract negotiations that balance client value with Lighthouseβs commercial goals and identify strategic growth opportunities.
β’ Represent Lighthouse at international conferences and regional events to build our brand presence and generate leads.
β’ Act as the voice of the customer by providing crucial market feedback to our product teams to guide the evolution of our BI tools.
β’ Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in Salesforce, utilizing available tools to ensure pipeline quality and sales efficiency.
β’ Use AI-driven insights and CRM automation to improve your forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and overall sales efficiency.

Who you are
β’ Proven experience in a full sales cycle role, preferably within the hospitality or SaaS industry.
β’ Exceptional command of the English language and fluency in another European language, Dutch and/or Swedish are preferred.
β’ A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
β’ A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Strong understanding of hotel operations and their technology needs.
β’ Proficiency in using CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
β’ You are AI-curious and performance-obsessed. You actively explore how automation, generative AI, and data-driven insights can improve coaching, forecasting, and deal execution. You see AI as a lever to optimize results, not as a trend.
