What you will do
As an Strategic Account Manager at Lighthouse, you will ensure client success through outstanding service and a strong focus on long-term relationships. Youβll deliver white-glove support to our top-tier clients, proactively helping them to maximize the value of our products. Your goal will be to reduce churn, drive renewals, and expand our footprint across accounts. This strategic role blends data analysis, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to create unmatched customer experiences.

β’ Lead strategic account planning using strong project management skills
β’ Manage account renewals, upselling processes, and contract renegotiations
β’ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Health Checks
β’ Deliver regular training sessions and webinars for customers
β’ Communicate new features and functionalities to all accountsPartner with Business Development Managers to minimize churn and drive growth
β’ Interface across internal teams to resolve client issues and support adoption
β’ Identify expansion opportunities and increase share of wallet across accounts
β’ Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce
β’ Provide insights on competitive market and partnership activity
β’ Leverage AI driven insights and automation across CRM, conversation intelligence and commercial data to improve forecast accuracy, elevate pipeline quality, ensure smarter account execution, and continuously optimise sales processes in partnership with Sales Operations.
About our team
Youβll be joining our Sales team within the wider Revenue department. We are a global team of over 150 sales professionals across 24 countries. You will be part of our APAC hiring departmentβa team of 36 people focused on growing our market share in both mature and emerging territories. We work closely with hotels and short-term rental providers to help them improve their revenue through our technology.

Who you are
β’ Proven experience in revenue management, marketing/sales/distribution, or service delivery to hotels
β’ Strong communication skills, including experience working with C-level stakeholders
β’ Fluent in English and Japanese will be highly valued
β’ In-depth understanding of the hotel industry, including brands and management structures
β’ Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
β’ Excellent planning, presentation, and sales abilities
β’ Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce
β’ Experience with hotel systems (PMS, CRS, RMS) is a big advantage
β’ Knowledge of rate parity, wholesale channels, and bed banks is a plus
β’ Self-motivated and team-oriented with a drive to succeed
β’ You are AI curious and performance obsessed. You actively explore how automation, generative AI and data driven insights can improve coaching, forecasting and deal execution. You see AI as a lever to optimize results, not as a trend.
