About the Role
Lightspeed is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join their hospitality team in Paris. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and is responsible for driving revenue growth by qualifying leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing sources through telephone and email communication
- →Nurture all inbound leads through to qualification for Lightspeed’s inside sales team
- →Create a great first impression by providing prospects with a world-class experience
- →Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions would be a good fit
- →Manage multiple lead sources including incoming calls, emails, chats and referrals
- →Manage existing customer database using Salesforce
- →Work with the Sales Development Manager to develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline
- →Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
- →Contribute to team objectives even if tasks are outside your defined role
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of sales or customer facing experience
- ✓Experience in technology (software, mobile or other)
- ✓Fluency in French and English
