About the Role
The Project Manager, Production plays a critical role in ensuring successful production execution across a portfolio of accounts at LILT. This position is essential to the production lifecycle, guaranteeing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to accepted quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Orchestrate complex workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for LILT’s largest enterprise customers
- →Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements and provide accurate status updates
- →Coordinate with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks
- →Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAs
- →Identify risks and potential issues, plan mitigation strategies, and escalate to the Program Leader
- →Define and delegate administrative work to Production Coordinators
- →Control budgets effectively
- →Balance and manage priorities across various task types and customers
- →Establish deadlines and ensure they are feasible
- →Mitigate risk and escalate issues with proposed solutions
- →Follow Production SOPs and best practices
- →Ensure projects are managed according to Production KPIs
- →Implement new features and efficiencies in line with company goals
Requirements
- ✓2-5+ years of professional experience in managing large-scale complex production for Technology customers
- ✓Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- ✓Proven customer-facing experience
- ✓Excellent internal communication skills
- ✓Solid organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, or Linguistics preferred
