About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Talent Programs to serve as the strategic partner leading critical talent programs for LinkedIn’s COO organization. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of talent strategy, performance enablement, leadership development, and large-scale change management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the design and activation of the Unlocking Growth talent strategy for COO, setting new expectations for leadership, performance, and development.
- →Lead and develop the Functional Talent Development team, ensuring operational excellence and cohesive strategy execution.
- →Partner with Functional HRBPs to deliver critical talent strategies that align with key business priorities.
- →Lead the design, evolution, and execution of the Unlocking Growth talent strategy for the COO organization.
- →Serve as a strategic advisor on leadership expectations, performance practices, and talent programs.
- →Lead the build and implementation of the new performance management framework for the COO organization.
- →Lead the change management strategy needed to help leaders and teams adopt new talent practices.
- →Oversee end-to-end execution of talent development initiatives.
Requirements
