About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Incident Management Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Incident and Issue Management mechanism across the organization, with a specific focus on our vendor and partner ecosystem. This pivotal role bridges immediate tactical response to security incidents with long-term structural remediation of underlying control weaknesses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, and manage a unified Incident and Issue Management program that captures all findings from various sources
- →Provide program-level governance during high-severity security incidents, ensuring structured response and accurate documentation
- →Manage the complete lifecycle of "Issues," partnering with Business Owners and technical teams to develop robust Corrective Action Plans
- →Establish and maintain clear tracking mechanisms for all incidents and issues from initial identification to final closure
- →Ensure all required artifacts are consistently documented and maintained to satisfy regulatory and compliance requirements
- →Collaborate with vendor partners during incident response and remediation efforts
- →Develop and maintain program "Playbooks" and standards, identifying opportunities for automation
Requirements
- ✓Experience in incident and issue management programs
- ✓Strong understanding of security incident response processes
- ✓Ability to develop and implement Corrective Action Plans
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
