About the Role
The Implementation Consultant is part of LinkedIn's Sales Solutions organization, dedicated to helping customers successfully implement LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role focuses on establishing strong foundations for the product within customer organizations and ensuring it becomes an integral part of their sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the customer implementation and product adoption plan for the first 60-90 days of engagement
- →Learn about customer businesses, teams, and LinkedIn's platform to enable success
- →Build and present a LinkedIn sales story using data and insights
- →Educate customers on the value of LinkedIn Sales Navigator through program design consultations
- →Encourage customers to utilize LinkedIn resources to increase platform utilization
- →Monitor deployment during the first 90 days to achieve implementation KPIs
- →Partner with customers to maximize the benefits of their investment
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of sales processes and customer implementation
- ✓Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
- ✓Knowledge of change management principles
- ✓Technical aptitude to guide customers through platform integration
