About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering team at LinkedIn. This role involves leading a team of engineers to develop and manage products and services that help manage and scale our enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead teams that design, implement, and optimize the performance of large-scale distributed systems with security and compliance in mind.
→Participate in design and code review sessions to maintain high development standards.
→Manage team performance and careers, plus own major parts of LinkedIn's products (design, architecture, coding).
→Help senior management with long-term tech plans.
→Be a role model and coach for engineers, pushing for action and quality work.
→Work with other teams to share and use the same technology.
→Lead teams to scale applications, making smart architectural choices, reviewing code, and delivering fast and well.
→Build scalable, user-focused applications that support on-prem and Azure cloud infrastructure.
→Ensure software is top-notch, unit tested, code reviewed, and regularly checked in.

Requirements
