About the Role
We are looking for a Staff AI Engineer to join LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. This role focuses on building and scaling AI systems that improve ads auto-review, traffic quality, and brand safety.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and scale ML platforms and models for ads relevance, brand safety, and fraud detection
- →Own real-time scoring and streaming pipelines with strict SLA/latency requirements
- →Apply and productionize LLM/GenAI techniques to improve precision and recall
- →Lead experiment design and build high-signal metrics and dashboards
- →Drive system design for reliability and scale
- →Collaborate with product, policy, and legal teams on trust and transparency requirements
- →Mentor engineers and establish best practices for testing and code quality
- →Champion agentic/AI-native development to improve engineering velocity
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ML platforms and models
- ✓Strong understanding of real-time scoring and streaming pipelines
- ✓Knowledge of LLM/GenAI techniques
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and metrics development
- ✓Familiarity with system design for reliability and scale
- ✓Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
