About the Role
Product Operations Managers at LinkedIn are cross-functional team communicators who shape products and solutions using analytics to represent customer voices and improve product health. Key Responsibilities
- →Work with product, operations, marketing, design, and engineering teams to influence product strategy and roadmap
- →Aggregate and analyze member issues using SQL and internal tools to gather user insights
- →Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate operational processes into new product development
- →Drive creation of LinkedIn help center content to ensure members can find answers to frequently asked questions
- →Maintain strong domain knowledge of product areas across technology and operations
- →Communicate upcoming product features and user experience changes to stakeholders
- →Develop internal programs to improve product quality and health
- →Identify and scale new ways of analyzing user friction
- →Occasional travel may be required for training and insights gathering
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product operations or a related field
- ✓Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Excellent communication and executive communication skills
- ✓Understanding of product development processes and user experience design
- ✓Experience with internal tools and data analysis
- ✓Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with some US time zone meetings
