About the Role
We are looking for an Automation Developer to join LinkedIn's Tech CEO team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on automating processes within GTM Ops to improve efficiency and drive scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design automation architecture for scaling automation footprint by 10X
- →Build and maintain a large portfolio of Bots/workflows and scale sustainably
- →Develop creative technical solutions including multi-technology integrations
- →Measure business impact of automation and track pre and post deployment
- →Build relationships with global stakeholders and influence automation adoption
- →Manage stakeholder experience throughout the Bot lifecycle
- →Analyze, design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot Bots for various business functions
- →Demonstrate experience in Bot development, deployment, migration, and platform administration
- →Follow best practices in Bot development and automation standards
- →Manage Bot migrations to newer versions of software and infrastructure
- →Build Bots that can run 24*7 with minimal human intervention
- →Follow SDLC, change management, and document procedures for RPA solutions
- →Track and improve Bot velocity and reduce maintenance efforts
- →Track Bot and process related KPIs and report business impact
Requirements
- ✓In-depth experience in Bot development, deployment, and platform administration
- ✓Strong understanding of automation standards and best practices
- ✓Experience with multi-technology integrations and Intelligent Automation
- ✓Knowledge of SDLC and change management processes
- ✓Ability to design and implement scalable automation solutions
- ✓Experience with IT and infosec compliance requirements
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
