About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Leader to provide thought leadership and expert individual contribution for a team of AI Engineers. This role involves leading the development of next-generation recommender systems and working with advanced technologies like LLMs and multi-modal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide thought leadership and expert individual contribution for a team of Senior and Staff/Lead AI Engineers
- →Lead the development of next-generation recommender systems on top of foundational LLMs
- →Design and train large language models (LLMs) from scratch or adapt existing models
- →Drive architectural decisions for foundational model development and deployment
- →Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities
- →Define and execute rigorous evaluation strategies to benchmark model performance
Requirements
- ✓Advanced modeling skills
- ✓Expert hands-on contribution in addition to technical leadership
- ✓Experience with GAI, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs
- ✓Strong understanding of modern recommendations and relevance systems
- ✓Ability to work across domains such as Search, Ads, Notifications, Feed, and Agentic solutions
